• Registered parishioner of Epiphany.
• Attends Sunday Mass weekly.
• Junior or Senior in High School.
• At least 16 years old.
• Student must have been registered and actively participated in a formal faith formation program or be enrolled at a Catholic School at least one year prior to the immediate sacrament preparation year. If you have a junior in high school who did not complete their sophomore year of Faith Formation, please contact Joey Harvey.

Sponsors are faith companions and represent, in a personal way, the witness and support of the parish community.  A sponsor must be a practicing, confirmed Catholic and willing to assist the candidate in the preparation. It is helpful to the candidate if the sponsor is someone with whom he/she can relate and have some contact during the preparation and after the celebration. As a sponsor, you should be willing to renew your own spiritual life and share your faith with the candidate. Sponsors are invited participate in conversations with their confirmandi and will receive this information digitally to do on their own schedule.
