Scripture Study

Join us on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. to break open the Word for next Sunday's  readings. These prayerful encounters with the scriptures take place in the Parish Activity center and are happening in person.

The purpose of Breaking Open the Word is not to teach but to have a structured conversation around the Word of God and how it speaks and/or applies to the lives of the faithful. All Scripture is the living Word of God through which the Holy Spirit can speak into our lives.  The role of Breaking Open the Word is to facilitate the growing relationship between the faithful and the Word of God, specifically how to appropriate the power of Scripture into their lives.
