The Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA) is a gradual process of formation whereby adults are totally transformed - you become someone new! Individuals come to understand their life within the context of the paschal mystery of Jesus Christ. Those who attend OCIA sessions experience a journey of faith (not just an education)! The OCIA process leads to a conversion of the heart, building a closer relationship with Jesus Christ and with each other.

Epiphany of the Lord OCIA sessions gather on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 PM beginning in September.
Following the reception of Sacraments during the Easter Vigil Mass, OCIA continues to meet on Tuesday evenings during the period of Mystagogy. It is during these weeks that we come to understand what it means to be a sacramental people!

We welcome:
- Unbaptized adults (18+ years of age)
- Adults baptized in another faith denomination who desire to join the Catholic Community
- Adults baptized Catholic but who never completed their Sacraments of Initiation
- Adults who received sacraments but who have been away from the Catholic Church and have a desire to reconnect with their faith
- An initial conversation is required, and the best time for this conversation is when you first feel the tug to find out how you become Catholic, no matter what time of the year! Give Charlotte a call!

OCIA for Adults begins in September, but now is the time to enter into discussion about how the OCIA process works. In some situations, past marriage issues may need to be resolved prior to entering into the OCIA process. The process for resolving these issues may take some time.
