Parish Registration
Registration here at Epiphany is quick and easy. You can register either by picking up a welcome packet from the parish offices or in the church after mass. You can also fill out a registration form here on our website and send it in using our registration return form. Alternatively, you can download the registration form from our website and mail it in to the address at the bottom of this page. More information can be found on downloading/ registering on-line here. Also available on the registration page is a volunteer registration form.
Faith Formation
Information about our Faith Formation program can be found from the links listed below. Registration for any of our Faith Formation programs requires you to be a registered member of the Parish and are not available on-line.
Forms & Downloads
The majority of our forms and down-loadable items can be found on our forms page located here. However, some downloads are only available on that group's or event's page.
Bulletins: You can find the weekly bulletin here. The new bulletin appears on the website every Friday and stays on the web for one month. Only four bulletins are kept on-line at one time.
