Faith Formation 2011-2012 Registration Information

REGISTRATION for Faith Formation will begin June 1, 2011.  A $10 late fee per family is added for forms received after June 30, 2011.The late fee does not apply to families who are new to Epiphany’s Faith Formation Program.  To register new students for faith formation, stop by the Faith Formation Office after June 1 to pick up a registration form or contact us at 281-578-8271.  Families need to be registered parishioners to enroll students in Faith Formation.
