Faith Formation

REGISTRATION for Faith Formation is ongoing. There is now a $10 late fee per family for families who were registered for faith formation last year. To register new students for faith formation, stop by the Faith Formation Office to pick up a registration form or contact us at 281-578-8271. The late fee does not apply to families who are new to Epiphany’s Faith Formation Program. Families need to be registered parishioners to enroll students in Faith Formation.
