How come there aren’t as many volunteer opportunities in Katy as there are in Houston?

Katy has begun to grow exponentially in the last few years, unlike the city of Houston, which has been substantial in size for quite some time. With Katy’s growth explosion, needs have begun to arise. It is only when Outreach is made aware of these needs that something can be done to help.
