Ladies Club Mission Statement

Mission Statement:

Epiphany Ladies Club is a social, service, and spiritual organization. It exists to promote Christian fellowship through social gatherings and to encourage involvement of women in our parish and community. Fund–raisers provide modest financial support to our parish and to the needs of the community.

 

Our Focus:

 

To welcome all Ladies from our community and to encourage friendships by providing a variety of social activities. We also give assistance to some outreach organizations that are in need. Some of these groups that we have provides financial and other support are Katy Christian Ministries, Katyville Nursing Home, Pregnancy Help Center, St. Vincent De Paul, Life Teen, Katy Christian Ministries, Youth rehabilitation homes and Catholic Charities. 

 

 

  • Monthly meetings are held on the second Friday from August through May. These meetings have a variety of different programs scheduled and refreshments are served.

 

  • We have a monthly newsletter that is sent to members.

 

  • We help sponsor the annual Frosty Fest in December and we hold a bake sale.

 

  • We have an annual Easter Egg hunt on Holy Saturday for all the children, large and small, of our community.

 

  • We have an annual Quilt Raffle donated to us by the Epiphany Quilters' Group.

 

  • One group of Ladies is responsible for making all the Baptismal Bibs.

 

  • We have an annual Fashion Show and Luncheon (or Brunch)

 

  • We have many monthly outings such as Luncheons at various restaurants, day trips for shopping or visiting museums and other interesting Texas locations, knitting groups, quilting group, Bunco Group, Mahjong, comfort food for members in need and Couples Club We are always open to more suggestions and activities that fit the needs of our ladies.
